We strive to fulfill orders within 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Certain items (e.g., opened ritual supplies, custom-made items) may be non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.us@americanoccultist.store. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method minus shipping charges. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. See Return Policy.
