5. Ordering & Payment Terms
We accept orders via our secure online platform.

When placing an order, you agree that:

Your order is not final until confirmed by us and payment is successfully processed.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Local Pickup

American Occultist LLC ships within the United States and to select international locations. Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, customs, and product availability.

Free U.S. Economy shipping is available on eligible orders of $75 or more after discounts and before tax when that option is shown at checkout.

When local pickup is offered, customers must wait for a ready-for-pickup notice and collect the order at 422 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, during posted business hours. See our Shipping Policy for current details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Most eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days. The window begins on the purchase date for in-store purchases, the pickup date for local pickup orders, or the carrier-confirmed delivery date for shipped orders.

An original printed or digital receipt is required for in-store purchases. An order confirmation or order number is required for online and local pickup orders. Without the required proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Merchandise must meet the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Listed final-sale categories, including international orders except when damaged or incorrect, are not returnable except when required by law.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Return shipping and original shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective when sold. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, product designs, logos, and images—is the intellectual property of American Occultist LLC or its licensors.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Coshocton County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

American Occultist LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Changes will become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
