We take pride in packing and delivering your order with care, efficiency, and magickal precision. Please review our complete shipping policy below.
1. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Shipping Costs:
Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $4.90
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more (before tax and after discounts)
Estimated Delivery Times:
USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days (after handling)
USPS Priority Mail: 1–4 business days (if selected at checkout)
2. Handling & Processing Time
All orders are packed and prepared within 3 business days of purchase.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
3. Estimated Delivery Date
Your estimated delivery window includes:
Up to 3 business days for order handling
Plus your selected USPS delivery time
Example: If you choose USPS Ground Advantage, expect delivery within 6–10 business days total from the order date.
4. Tracking Your Order
A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your shipping label is created.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows the package as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:
Confirm your shipping address is correct (check your confirmation email).
Ask household members or neighbors if they received it.
Contact your local USPS post office for delivery details.
If you still cannot locate your item, email us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date:

Include your order number and tracking number in the message.
We’ll investigate with USPS and do our best to resolve the issue swiftly.
6. Custom & Ritual Item Shipping
Some handmade or custom ritual items may require longer preparation time. Any extended handling time will be clearly noted on the product listing page.
